Dokumen bisnis- keharusan bagi perusahaan-perusahaan By Team content Borobudur Training

 

Herannya banyak bisnis gagal untuk membuat hal-hal penting dalam berbisnis. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena kategori bisnis dan para pelaku bisnis tidak membuat sistem dokumen yang biasanya membutuhkan banyak waktu percobaan dan tenaga-tenaga pengawas. Mereka seringkali lupa bahwa alasan seorang pekerja atau orang lain terlibat dalam bisnis adalah untuk membantu mengembangkan bisnis tersebut.

 

 

Sekarang ini menghabiskan waktu untuk mengulang percobaan atau kebutuhan untuk mengecek kualitas kerja secara terus menerus tidak mengembangkan bisnis dan ini sangat mebuang-buang waktu.

Prosedur-prosedur standar tidak perlu di buat luar biasa, seringkali prosedur yang sederhana akan lebih baik. Ambil selembar kertas atau ketik lah setiap langkah yang terlibat dalam proses atau tugas-tugas tertentu.

 

 

Pegawai, kontraktor, tenaga kerja kontrak dan lain-lain harus terlibat dalam proses ini. Ambil lah dokumen lengkap, cetak lah dokumen tersebut dan simpan di dalam map atau media lainnya dan berikan pada orang-orang di organisasi tsb.

Jika suatu saat bisnis tersebut telah terarsip secara benar dan adanya standar dalam bekerja harus di pastikan bahwa hal tersebut selalu di lakukan tanpa terkecuali. Jika ada masalah dengan dokumen tsb tanyalah pada pegawai kemudian perbaiki lah standarnya.

Jika sebuah proses telah di dokumenkan secara resmi kemudian mulailah dengan usaha peningkatan yang terus menerus, coba carilah cara penilaian yang baik untuk meningkatkan setiap proses agar lebih efisien. Semakin efisien proses tsb akan membuat bisnis Anda lebih menguntungkan.
