Pelatihan Quality Management Control System (QMQS)
Pelatihan di Bandung, 21 - 22 November 2017

 

Pelatihan ini mengajarkan pendekatan yang sistematis terhadap quality management dan continuous improvement di sebuah perusahaan.

Quality Management Control System (QMQS) yang diajarkan berpusat pada proses yang sifatnya high-level terhadap QMQS – mulai dari identifikasi prasyarat bagi suksesnya penerapan QMS, implementasinya hingga sampai kepada perbaikan yang berkelanjutan (continuous improvement).

Implementasi QMQS melalui 5 tahapan sebagai berikut:

  1. QMQS implementation planning,

  2. QMQS definition,

  3. QMQS refinement,

  4. QMQS deployment,

  5. Continuous improvement

Pelatihan ini akan membahas secara mendalam kelima tahapan proses tersebut.

Pelatihan ini juga akan memberikan guidance tentang how to define, deploy, and continually improve a QMQS.

 

Output Pelatihan:

Setelah peserta menyelesaikan pelatihan ini, mereka akan mampu:

  • Memahami pengertian kualitas, manajemen kualitas dan kontrol kualitas

  • Memahami keseluruhan proses implementasi strategi, mekanisme monitoring dan control serta pelaporan kemajuan kualitas

  • Memahami elemen kunci penerapan manajemen kualitas...yaitu dokumentasi kualitas. Peserta akan belajar berbagai tipe dokumentasi yang umum diterapkan di perusahaan yang maju

  • Memahami konsep fundamental seperti process mapping, penciptaan dokumentasi proses dan berbagai sarana agar sesuai dengan standar internasional

  • Memperkenalkan berbagai praktek kualitas yang sekarang ini diterapkan pada perusahaan yang kualitas produknya maju pesat

  • Memahami tahap ketiga dari proses implementasi manajemen kualitas. Peserta akan mampu mengenali aspek-aspek penting agar QMS bisa diterapkan secara konsisten, benar, dan lengkap dan mampu me-revisi-nya ketika dibutuhkan

  • Memahami tahap keempat dari proses implementasi kualitas yang meliputi deployment dan pelembagaan QMS.

  • Memahami proses yang never ending dalam perbaikan yang berkelanjutan. Peserta akan belajar praktek-praktek terbaik dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang sudah maju dalam pengelolaan kualitas produk mereka.

Materi Pelatihan

  • Introduction to quality, quality management and quality control.

  • Provides guidance on overall implementation strategy, implementation process, and mechanisms for monitoring, controlling, and reporting progress

  • Describes a critical element of undertaking a QMS implementation — planning for QMS documentation. Different types of QMS documentation are explained, along with document management and control mechanisms.

  • Explains such fundamental concepts as process mapping, creation of process documentation, and means for tailoring standardized organizational processes for specific use (for example, for use in a particular project).

  • Introduces widely used quality practices pertaining to different functional areas of product development companies

  • Explains the third phase of the QMS implementation process — ensuring the internal consistency, correctness, and completeness of the defined QMS, and refining it, as needed, to ensure that the aforementioned criteria are met

  • Explains the fourth phase of the QMS implementation phase, which deals with deployment (or institutionalization) of the defined QMS. Various means of promoting and verifying deployment of a newly established QMS are described in this training.

  • Describes the final never-ending logical phase of the implementation process that pertains to continuous improvement of the QMS. Various means of achieving continuous improvement gains are described, along with how all the key elements of the QMS fit together to form the cycle of continuous improvement
